What was your favorite moment at LINE MAN Wongnai?

One of the highlights of my internship journey was being a part of the Bangkok Pride Parade. This experience allowed me to gain a big picture of PR work. Our team proudly represented the inclusive benefits of LINE MAN Wongnai, emphasizing the LGBTQ+ community and our core values. I engaged in shaping and delivering our corporate message during this event. It was an unforgettable experience that helped me develop practical skills in effectively conveying messages and connecting with new people.

What have you learned during your internship?

I truly enjoy working in the field of Corporate Communications. It offers exciting challenges through engaging content and continuous learning of effective communication methods for positive impact. And I learned that the company’s culture presents a fast-paced environment and respect for all individuals.

Nono — Sasis Veerawuttipol

From: Industrial Engineering — CU
Position: Business Development (BD food delivery)

Can you please give us a big picture of your day?

My team frequently works from home, allowing me to have a flexible routine. I start working at 10. Once I complete all my tasks, one of the aspects I enjoy WFH is being able to relax freely without the wait of being caught in traffic.

What was your favorite moment at LINE MAN Wongnai?

Beyond the know-how I gained during my internship, there was genuine trust in me from my team. They have taken my work and applied it to actual projects, it was like my dedication turned out to be useful and practical.

What have you learned during your internship?

I had the chance to gain insights into how a tech company operates, and how we all go deeper into each topic, and to top it off, my team also provided valuable suggestions for my future career path.

Any advice for people who want to apply for this program?

You might have heard of a challenging process to become an intern here but don’t let that keep you from hitting the apply button! Especially for those who are interested in working with a tech start-up company.

Tee — Boonyarit Sangsuksunti

From Electrical Engineer — CU
Position: Data Scientist (DS)

Can you please give us a big picture of your day?

I start my day with a routine and of course coffee. I usually work from home, so first off I review tasks and plan during the stand-up meeting. Then work and attend meetings until noon with short breaks that help me refocus. After work, I enjoy activities like gaming or watching series.

What was your favorite moment at LINE MAN Wongnai?

I had the opportunity to help analyze and clean text data for training an AI agent for Customer Service. It made me feel like I was part of creating projects beyond what I personally worked on. It was impressive how an intern can have this opportunity.

What have you learned during your internship?

During a project with an open-scoped topic, I misinterpreted the data and the approach didn’t align well with the task. So I took a step back and brainstormed a new method. This project gave me important lessons about finding ways to solve problems without being scared to make mistakes. As I continued to work on the project, I gained valuable insights into what approaches were effective and which ones were not.

Any advice for people who want to apply for this program?

Don’t hesitate to apply for it! This internship has been really great and the team members are always providing guidance and listening to our opinions. The company has a modern culture with flexible working hours. No one is constantly monitoring us, but we are expected to complete our tasks within the designated time frame. You will definitely not be disappointed with your decision.

And that’s all from our representatives, stay tuned for our upcoming LINE MAN Wongnai Junior 2024! For those who are interested in LINE MAN Wongnai internship program check out the opening positions at career.lmwn.com.
